First there's the listening and understanding of your expectations.

My husband and I wanted to make a wonderful trip with our two daughters, aged 14 and 18.  All 4 of us had different expectations and desires and the challenge was to satisfy everyone. As soon as we read the itinerary, we knew it was going to be magical. The budget was within the range we had given and the activities offered met everyone's expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt like 'guests' and not just tourists. A warm welcome and impeccable organisation. From discovery to discovery, from wonder to wonder, we were able to make the most of our stay. All the accommodation we stayed at were like little bubbles of paradise. The magic of the island did the rest.
